We have competitive rates for our diagnostic service and the lowest hourly rate for repairs in the area. $169 for a complete diagnostic and assessment and then just $99 per hour plus parts for the repair.   Most repairs can be completed within 2-3 hours. With every diagnosis, a 17-point circulation and operations system inspection will be done as a preventative measure.  Additionally, we will do a thorough inventory of your tub and your information will be on file for future repairs/accessories/covers/etc.  Pacific Hot Tub Solutions guarantees our work and the OEM parts we use for 1 year.

A credit card is required to secure an appointment.  We do require 24 hours notice for cancellations and you will be subject to a $150 show up fee if you do not contact us to cancel the appointment within the required time-frame. Tubs that are 10 years old or more may benefit from a complete recondition, getting you another 10 plus years out of your existing hot tub at a fraction of the cost of replacing it.  We can upgrade your controls, install new pumps, change out jets, do a complete system sanitation and upgrade the pillows and cover for you.  Complete reconditions also come with a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Not all tubs are good candidates for a full reco and our technicians will advise you accordingly based on your specific spa. 

For leak repairs we will do an onsite assessment of your tub and attempt to locate the leak location.  When leaks are in areas other than the equipment compartment it is often not possible to make these repairs in the field.  Leak repairs are charged $169 to determine the location/extent of the leak and then $150 an hour with a 2 hour minimum for leaks that can be repaired in the field.   If the tub cannot be repaired in the field and must be moved to our shop there will be a minimum $600 charge (depending on difficulty) for moving the tub plus $150 an hour with a 4 hour minimum for the repair in our shop.  It is not uncommon for shop leak repairs to cost $1500 or more.  If your tub is over 10 years old we will, in most cases, decline service for a leak repair that cannot be done onsite, saving you time and money.

We also offer a wide variety of hot tub and spa supplies, chemicals and accessories. If we don't have what you're looking for we can order it for you and typically it will arrive within a week.  We can either will call it here at our shop or we can ship directly to you.

We cannot emphasize enough how important proper maintenance is for the quality of water and life of your hot tub.  By signing up for one of our hot tub maintenance programs our water balancing specialists will ensure your hot tub is operational and sanitized.  We can upgrade your spa with a new ozone purification unit, which will reduce the amount of chemicals used, will allow your hot tub to run efficiently, provide top quality water, reduce the cost of future repairs and lengthen the life of your investment. We highly recommend these services for neglected hot tubs, vacation rentals or heavy use hot tubs. NOTE:  If you have a hot tub that is less than 10 years old, in need of repairs and you just don't use the tub anymore, please give us a call.  We may be able to remove your tub for free if it is in good condition and needs repair.  We may even give you money for your tub if it only needs minor repair.
